Cape Soccer runs on families. Everything this program does — the equipment, the travel, the team meals, the youth camps — happens because parents like you pitch in. Here’s what your support made possible and what we’re building this season.
This page is everything in one place. If you only do three things, do the ⭐ ones — they take about 15 minutes total. The rest makes the season better for everyone.

Today
About 15 minutes, all teams. Tackle these right now, like right now. 🫵
⬜ Login to the website (or register) and: (3 min)
- Update your profile
- Subscribe to the correct newsletter list.
⭐⬜ Sign all required forms/waivers in the Parent Packet. (5 min)
- Away game note.
- Overnight trip permission.
- Rules and regulations.
⭐⬜ Claim a couple volunteer slot. Concessions, team meals, event help…every family takes a couple, and the season runs itself. (3 min)
⭐⬜ Say Hi in your team’s WhatsApp group — it’s where the day-to-day updates happen. (1 min)
⬜ Curious about a bigger role? We’d love help on a board or committee role — no experience needed.
This Week
These have deadlines, so you can sleep on them — but set a reminder. ⏰
⭐⬜ Make your family gift or share sponsorships — by Wednesday, August 26. Families can give at whatever level works with a Family Supporter gift ($50–$150). Know a business owner? Sponsorships from $250 include stadium banners — which is why the deadline matters: banners go to print on the 26th.
⬜ Team photos — Thursday, August 27, 6–8pm. All Varsity players are required; JV and Third Team players are welcome to participate for $70.
- The third team has a play day but it expected to return in time for their team photo.
⬜ Add the team schedule & key events to your calendar so game days never sneak up on you.
⬜ Order spirit wear or gear — game nights are better in Cape colors.
⬜ If able, use our Concession registry to contribute to our inventory for the season.
Later On
⬜ Come to the 3v3 Tournament & BBQ — Monday, August 31, 7–9pm at the high school (it follows freshman orientation, so bring the whole family). Bring a dish if you can!
⬜ Varsity: Review the Outer Banks trip itinerary (Sep 29 – Oct 3: two matches in North Carolina plus a college visit at Batten University) and sign-up to donate — Boosters cover most trip meals and we need donors and hands.
⬜ Varsity: Sign-up to host a team meal.
⬜ Save the date for the banquet — Monday, November 23 @ 6pm.
⬜ Follow along on Instagram and Facebook — and share the posts; it’s how sponsors find us.
⬜ Cheer loud, respect the referees. They are limited (and trying their best). You can become one if you’d like to help.
Do all this and you’re officially a Cape Soccer legend. 💯
